Yes. Pro billed yearly is $199.99 instead of $239.88, which works out to about $16.67 per month - roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time and your subscription stops renewing while access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
